Navigate your days with the 3x3 method: simplify your daily basis and boost your productivity

In Your Organizing Studio we love efficiency and simplicity to make our lives easier to navigate and handling our daily tasks with a good flow for us.

There is always SO much going on in different aspects, so why not learning some skills and applying some methodologies until it happens just naturally.

Do you ever feel like time flies through your hands with all the tasks you wish to accomplish? This 3x3 method is a simple yet powerful strategy to organize yourself much better without feeling so overwhelmed everyday.

What is this method about?

  • 3 priority tasks: identify your three most important activities of the day. This will help you on progressing with your intentions without so many distractions.

  • 3 additional tasks: setting small actions to complement your day, like replying emails, making a phone call, watering your plants or cleaning a specific space of your home.

  • 3 minutes for review: at the end of your day, take some time to evaluate everything you accomplished and do some planning for your next day.

Why does this work?

  • It helps to focus on what is truly essential.

  • It is supportive and helpful on reducing the sensation of stress and lack of order.

  • It is adaptable to home tasks and work activities.

You won’t need more endless to do lists nor complicated systems. With this 3x3 method, organizing yourself will be easier than you can imagine right now. I just encourage you to try it and noticing the difference in your daily productivity and body sensations.

And before finishing with this post I would like to also mention about the Pomodoro method that we also love which suggest to take only 25 minutes to work on a task in a more focused way, either you finish it or not.

I believe this should be a wonderful combination practice as well that you could try to take care of those complementary tasks.
